This online lecture is in German.
Leadership today means more than just delegating tasks and demanding results. At universities, leaders—as well as staff and students—face the challenge of balancing professional or academic demands with personal life situations.
The online lecture “Leading with Work-Life Awareness” explores how leadership culture at universities can be shaped to take both performance and personal needs into account. The focus is on practical insights, concrete examples, and actionable recommendations that contribute to a working and learning environment where motivation, health, and satisfaction are strengthened.
The event is aimed at anyone interested in modern leadership concepts in the higher education context and looking for ideas to foster a more conscious and respectful way of interacting with others.
