About us
The service unit for Human Resources and Gender Equality covers a wide and varied range of tasks:
- We supervise the advertisement, recruitment and application process and advise executives.
- We issue employment contracts and confirmations, process applications, settle business travels and transfer salaries.
- We provide support and advice for executives and employees regarding continuing education and training measures, job announcements and staff recruitment as well as staff appraisal.
- We support and advise executives and employees concerning measures on equal opportunities, propose awareness-raising measures and advise the university management on gender-related issues.
- We offer competent advice in the field of labour law and prepare personnel reports.
