What is still flirting and what is already assault?

In her book It's not that Grey (German version), author and speaker Sara Hassan has developed a model for identifying the first signs of sexual harassment. With the Red Flag System, a multi-factorial testing scheme, observers can learn how sexual harassment is spotted and what can be done about it.

The talkwill answer the following questions:

• What techniques do harassers use to exploit victims?
• What constitutes a toxic environment?
• What concrete strategies are there to support victims and stand up against the abuse of power?

The talk is aimed at all students and staff of the University of Vienna and will be held in German. It is organized by the inter-university network Genderplattform.

The event is hosted by the Medical University Graz.
