Speaker: Dr. Bontu Lucie Guschke is a speaker, facilitator, and consultant in anti-discrimination and diversity work. Her approach is grounded in intersectional feminist perspectives, focusing on anti-racism, gender equality, and LGBTQIA+ inclusion.

Moderator: Josephine Apraku is a scholar of African Studies, author, and trainer.

About the lecture:
The lecture focuses on the intersectional analysis of sexism and sexual harassment in the context of higher education. Dr. Guschke examines how sexism and racism intersect and interact, and discusses how discrimination and harassment can be recognized and effectively addressed on multiple levels — in gender equality work, among staff, and within the student body. From an organizational perspective, the lecture sheds light on structures, dynamics, and possible courses of action.
